Keep away from Peda's

Kudos to Adnaan for losing 130 kgs. Yes that's right 130....but not that sure wheteher it's pounds or kilos k...so anyway losing 130 ( of whatever) isn't easy...and if he can do it, so can you!!! Also looking very smart & healthy now .... One thing which definitely adds body mass is milk sweets like peda's and burfis.. yum yum...The only solution is to let them remain in the shop windows and not let them tip toe in yr house...Then they wreck havoc like a Trojan horse....
It also helps if you reduce the quantity of rice you eat....Rice with a variety of curries also stays in the system....Try having vegetables...Believe me there is a whole bunch of veggie dishes which are quite tasty too....

i understand the temptation...but fish is considered to be very healthy..especially the small ones...
