Kernals of Corn
My mouth waters when I think of it. It's absolutely scrum- corn and eggs. I learnt this recipe from Jessy Oommen Koshy who is a well known cook. In her original recipe she uses sausages, but if they aren't available, go for scrambled eggs. Buy a packet of frozen corn kernals. Cook them in a lil teeny weeny bit o water. Stand by to make sure it doesn't stick to the pan. Take a large onion and slice into ribbons. Fry in oil till they turn color and the corn and the eggs. Finito....a lip smacking treat to be sure & healthy to boot.
