Hakka Noodles with Knorr and Ching ( No I did not go to dinner with them!!!)


The other day I made Hakka noodles using the Knorr instant sauce mix. Very fast and very tasty. Easy to make an impression. I used Chings' secret egg noodles.


It just takes about 4 or 5 mts to cook. Although I liked the taste of the sauce, I noticed that it contains monosodium glutamate:( sigh!!! Why can't they come up with some alternate? Once in a blue moon is fine I guess!!

Try sir frying greens (beansprouts if available) in soy sauce (with honey and ginger extracts) and add them onto the noodles .. :D .. Enjoy !!
