I was again inspired by "My Diverse Kitchen" and made a smoothie yesterday. Blend half a glass of yoghurt, half a glass of mango puree, a drop of vanilla essence and a small Robesta ( they are not over yet) in a mixie. It's so yummy. I did add some water too, since I did not want it to be too thick. And it was so filling. We were supposed to have dinner at a friends place and all I could eat was one idli and some lime juice!!! I was that full!!! But I guess it might be a healthy dinner option.
