I had posted a piece on the benefits of green tea. And now we have proof. One person has reported a lowering of cholesterol. Another person who used to "pooh- pooh" the green tea habit started drinking and now professes a lowering of diabetes. As for me, I still have a cup in the morning or atleast once during the day. Experts say, its' best to have it plain. That is without sugar or milk. I take mine with just a spoonful of sugar. As Mary Poppins sang,
"Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down
