This is a simple recipe which I kind of made up along the way while I was cooking. It goes well with ginger chicken or chilli chicken. Take 2 small onions and dice. Saute and add a handful of peanuts. Add a handful of sliced button mushrooms and half a packet of frozen corn. Keep stirring. Add 4 or 5 cups of cooked rice. Mix everything together. Add MTRs Puliyogare mix. Keep mixing. Add chopped spring onions. Mix and then switch off and keep the lid on for 5 mts or so. Pretty good.
And do add salt and pepper as needed.
