I had a very interesting conversation with Ashwathy Sleeba who has specalized in diet and nutrition. I am just jotting down the gist of that conversation.
1. Never skip breakfast.
2. Have seven small meals a day. Even a cup of tea can be considered as a small meal.
3. People who have desk jobs: Move yr position constantly. Do not sit in the same position for more than 40 mts.
4. Drink fresh lime juice. Apparently vitamin C knows how to evaporate into the air. So it ain't a good idea to store and drink. Have it fresh.
5. The same goes for fruits. Eat them fresh. Don't cut them hours before you eat.
