Celebrating Holi

I have no idea who took this picture, but I am drawn towards it. I simply love the compostion. Now I don'tknow if the artist took the whole body and then just zoomed in on the feet. But there is something special about that foot, with the green paint....???
It has been taken during the recent Holi celebrations. I was just thinking that yes... India does have such a vibrant, diverse and rich culture. Who would have thought of a celebration throwing colour all over people??? People need a reason to laugh and play....I guess....
