What to do with left over Food?

Had a big party and there are tons of left over food and don't know what to do??? Give it to neighbours and friends. Still more? Take it to the nearest Missionaries of Charity convent. In Trivandrum, this is at Kunnukuzhy which is near PMG. The nuns said that alot of hotels do send them left over food, which cannot be stored and which would get spoiled. They use some for the inmates after which they give it to poor people who live on the streets.
