A New Diet

One of my friends is dieting right now. He used to be around 90 kgs and is now about 85. I found his diet very interesting. In the morning he has a heavy breakfast which amounts to 8 or 9 appams with egg curry or something. In the afternoon, he goes light. He has a box full of "fruit cuts" as he calls em. Carrots, mangoes and the like all cut up. In the evening, he has exactly 2 chicken tikkas.:) No more and no less.

Consuming the same diet everyday, you'll get bored.. and this might have contributed to his weight loss..

My opinion - Whatever you eat - have an average diet.. don't fill up your stomach.. and do small exercises.. and live happily :)

I agree with u on that point...don't stuff yr self to the brim no matter what is put before u!!1 No point in holding off something till u splurge....ya a lil exercise is always good....
