Fine Dining in Malaysia: Din Tai Fung

Those travelling to Malayasia must definitely eat at the Din Tai Fung. This restaurant has been voted by the New York Times as one of the Top 10 restaurants in the World. Started as a dumpling house in 1969, it has outlets in Singapore,Korea,USA and Australia among other places. You can have pork dumplings, chicken dumplings and even beef dumplings. The dumplings are served with shredded ginger and you can eat them with chopsticks. But be careful not to break them as they are full of juicy water and meat. This gently breaks in your mouth making you want more:) You can try out jelly fish as a snack. They are yum and crunchy. Spicy shrimp Udon is also a very tasty dish of theirs. Udon is just a fat kind of noodle.
