I don't exactly when I stumbled upon Closet Cooking, but it is definitely one of the best food blogs I love to read. The author is so funny and his cooking is simple.. I first read about the BLT, BLAT and BLAST sandwiches here. Must get around to making the BLT, BLAT and BLAST one of these days.
The pictures really make you hungry and make you want to reach out and pick out something to eat!!!
