I devoured a packet of cadbury gems all by myself!!! except for 2. The 5 rupee pack---what happened was that I ate one color & when I ate the next I discovered that it tasted slightly different. To know what they all tasted like, I ate one after another. Red, blue, green, pink etc. Some of them had a nutty flavour- but I can't tell one from the other. The flavoring is subtle.
But it doesn't matter. It's a long time since I have had Gems & I guess that's what's more important:) Come to think of it, Cadbury is still quite chocolatty & very much in!!! Their Flakes is yummy too.
